Please take your time to review our conditions and payment method before deciding to join our platform.
Currently, we are only allowing Site-Owners to onboard Publications into our system. Admin Rights does not qualify as an Owner, you must have 100% Owner rights.
Please complete the following and send it through the chat if you wish to move forward with the On-Boarding Process:
- Confirm that you are the OWNER of the sites you wish to add.
- Preferred contact email
- Valid PayPal ID
- Send Publication(s) / site(s) you wish to add, include the price if possible (you may share a Google Sheet Link).
Once you have completed the above we will send you a unique Metatag that must be inserted into the source code of every site you want us to add to your account.
Credentials will be sent to your preferred Email Address within 24/72 hours after we have validated your publication(s)/site(s).
Once we have an article to pitch, you will receive an email notification with a link to the dashboard that displays all of the pieces we want to pitch to you. You will have the opportunity to Accept or Reject the content.
Once you’ve posted an article on your site, you just need to submit the URL/LINK through the form inside the dashboard. This will automatically set up your payment(s) to be sent for your posted article(s).
NOTE: We require that articles are published as is on sites permanently with all links designated as DoFollow.
Our Accounting Department processes payments manually via PayPal weekly every Tuesday between 4:00 PM and 7: 00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time – United States NYC) for all articles you’ve published in the preceding week and that have been correctly posted to your dashboard. You will receive a notification once your payment is processed.
The total process takes between 3 – 5 Business Days.
NOTE: We do not send advance payments.
All publications onboarded to the system must:
- Guarantee that articles posted with their corresponding links are live for at least 365 days.
- Have all links set as do-follow.
- Be indexable by google.
- Have a minimum of 100 monthly organic traffic.
On becoming aware of any publications not in compliance with these terms, Publication Media reserves the right to remove such publication or suspend a publisher’s access to the platform.
Please note that we only allow one price change request per publication per month.

For all articles, you’ve published in the Preceding Week and that have been correctly posted to your dashboard. You will receive a notification(s) once your payment(s) is processed.
We do not send advance payments.
To update/change your current PayPal ID on file please confirm the following;
- **CURRENT** PayPal ID on file
- Contact Name/Email on file
- Provide **NEW PayPal ID**
Our Team is working hard to issue orders as soon as possible, we do follow restrictions to proceed.
Where we send our articles depends greatly on publishing costs. It’s one of the most essential factors in our algorithms. We’ve had new publishers join our network with better pricing, and the system prioritizes article matching by price for publications with the same content relevancy, DA, and TF.
Please note as usual – you will receive an email notification that an article(s) matches your Publication/Site.
